Business Model Innovation and Operational Strategies for Shared Autonomous Vehicles
Autonomous Vehicles (AV) promise to greatly increase safety and productivity. However, the deployment path and technology diffusion of automous vehicles is uncertain. Many experts believe that a network of shared autonomous vehicles is the first step to deploying AVs. This project proposes research on developing innovative business models and operational strategies for shared autonomous vehicles. This research may include life cycle assessment and optimization, active demand management, and business model stress testing.
