Organizational Recruitment Websites, Diversity Messages, and the Development of Psychological Contracts
I'm interested in relating the diversity content of organizational recruitment websites to early organizational experiences and the development and, perhaps, violation of psychological contracts. I'm looking for researchers who have expertise in psychological contract research and diversity/inclusion research.
I'm very open to ideas, new directions, etc. This might be a mix of lab research (e.g., measuring the formation of expectations of students exposed to internship recruitment websites with varying levels of diversity/inclusiveness) and survey research (e.g., measuring the recruitment messages perceived by organizational newcomers and subsequent contract development).
