His main research & teaching interests include supply chain management, strategic sourcing, supply chain risk, lean operations, supply chain sustainability, value chains for economic development, and health care delivery. His current work includes a study of vaccine supply chains, low cost models of TB treatment, and study of health market innovations in India / Africa, and comparative study of FMCG distribution models in India and China.
