Professor McClellan is a Faculty and Staff at the College of Literature, Science & Arts (LSA), Department of History, LSA UG: Residential College, Office of the Vice President for Research, and the Institute /Research Women & Gender.
Much of Professor McClellan's work focuses on Unitied States and Public history. Her current on how landscapes, buildings, material culture, and even family memories influence our sense of history. She is an active public historian, has worked in a house museum, curated exhibits, and supervised preservation projects.
