Our current research largely focuses on improving the energy efficiency, cost effectiveness, accuracy and speed of precision and ultra-precision motion delivery systems by optimizing their mechanical, controller and software components integrally. Application areas include high-speed machine tools, wafer scanners, robots and precision measurement devices.
